Submission & Evaluation
Firms must submit a Standard Form 330 (SF 330) Architect-Engineer Qualifications (Parts I and II) and a written response to the evaluation factors (RFQ Attachment A) as a single, integrated qualifications package. Submissions are limited to 50 pages, excluding specific administrative items and supporting documentation for past performance (e.g., CPARS, project certificates) if placed in a separate appendix.
