• Past Performance: For Evaluation Factor 3, only projects completed within the past six years are acceptable. Individual task orders under IDIQ contracts or MSAs will be considered separate "contracts." Client letters of recommendation are not acceptable for past performance documentation; however, actual contract awards, CPARS reports, or project completion certificates submitted to verify the 15 required data points for each project will not count toward the page limit and should be placed in a separate appendix.
• Subcontractor SF 330s: A separate SF 330 Part II is required for every firm and branch office performing a key role. Subconsultant personnel must be included in SF 330 Part I, Section D (Org Chart) and Section E (Resumes) to demonstrate technical qualifications. All SF 330s, including subcontractor Part IIs, are included in the 50-page limit.
• Ongoing Projects: Evaluation Factor 3 specifically requires contracts completed within the past six years; ongoing projects are not acceptable for this factor.

• Subcontractors: Separate SF 330 Part IIs are required for every firm and branch office performing a key role. Subconsultant personnel must be included in Part I, Section C, D, and E. All portions of the SF 330, including prime and subcontractor Part IIs, are included in the 50-page limit.
