Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services including cranes, riggers, and 18-wheeler flat-bed transport with certified operators. Services encompass downloading and uploading Japanese HAWK/PATRIOT equipment, missile equipment, generators, sea-vans, and 20-foot containers. Tasks require precise placement, careful transport, and stacking of missile canisters, as well as generator relocation and cargo transport for wood-crated materials. Operations will occur in a desert environment under various weather conditions. Services generally require 24-hour notice, with a 24-hour response time for on-call services, and may extend beyond normal duty hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday) and Federal holidays.

Key Requirements & Performance
Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services. Personnel require a minimum of three years of documented experience with military missile defense equipment. Key personnel include Project Manager, Crane Operator, Riggers, and Truck Drivers. Compliance with Federal, State, Local laws, OSHA, and Army regulations is mandatory, along with a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and specific training (AT Level I, iWATCH). Performance standards include 100% on-time service execution and pre-operational checks, with all transports completed within the same working day.
