Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to provide leased MFDs, including comprehensive maintenance, all consumable supplies (toner, developer, drums, staples), and transportation. The MFDs must be A3 size, floor-standing, capable of 11"x17" output, and feature print, copy, and scan capabilities. All devices must be CAC card enabled for secure scanning to email and network printing. The requirement is for a replacement of existing devices, currently Xerox.
Specific volume bands are defined:
- Volume Band I (24 devices): 10,000 copies/month (color MFDs)
- Volume Band II (57 devices): 5,000-10,000 copies/month (color MFDs)
- Volume Band III (54 devices): 5,000-10,000 copies/month (Black/White MFDs)
The contract will operate on an all-inclusive/unlimited print model. Hard drives are required to be removed and surrendered to the government at the end of the lease. No classified network devices are required. Performance standards include technician contact within 2 hours for work stoppage and 4 hours for routine maintenance, with equipment replacement if not repaired within 7 business days.
