Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide janitorial services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Supervisor's Office in Sparks, NV, maintaining a satisfactory facility condition and a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

• Location: Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Supervisor's Office (1200 Franklin Way, Sparks, NV 89431), approximately 18,000 sq ft main building, plus two smaller offices (approx. 500 sq ft each). Includes warehouse, warehouse bathrooms, Radio Shop, and Fleet Offices.

• Services: Daily cleaning of non-carpeted floors, carpeted floors, break rooms, walk-off mats, dusting of surfaces, interior glass, drinking fountains, office paper shredders, hand sanitizer stations, office and common area trash, and restrooms. Bi-monthly services include periodic inside window cleaning, shampooing heavy-use carpet areas, and removal of cobwebs. Semi-annual services include outside window cleaning, light fixture cleaning, periodic floor restorative cleaning (carpets and waxing of restroom/stairway floors).
