Scope of Work
The project encompasses the removal and replacement of existing drywall, insulation, flooring (carpet tile, ceramic tile, Luxury Vinyl Tile), ceiling tiles, pipe and duct insulation, and kitchenette cabinetry. Specific tasks include:
- Replacing cracked/loose ceramic tiles and extending existing tile in Room 235.
- Removing and replacing LVT flooring in the Command Suite and three adjoining offices.
- Replacing ceiling tiles specifically in Room 243 (facility will provide tiles).
- Replacing kitchen cabinets in kind.
- An Optional Bid Item (OBI) #1 for epoxy flooring installation in specific hallways and bullpen areas. Work will be performed on the first and second floors; no elevator is available. Contractors must supply portable restrooms.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit the SF-1442 with pricing filled into Block 17 via email to Sergio.A.Cosby@uscg.mil. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), considering Technical Capability and Price (FAR 52.212-2). Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 15 days of award. A Bid Guarantee is also required.
Special Requirements & Notes
A site visit is strongly encouraged to verify quantities and scope; arrange with James Smith at least three days in advance. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations, and providing a one-year warranty on workmanship.
