To upgrade interior finishes at USCG Air Station Atlantic City, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.

This project includes a Base Bid and an Optional Bid Item (OBI) #1. The contractor will provide all labor, transportation, and supervision for the work described, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor is responsible for verifying estimated quantities and must provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for all products used.

Major Work Items (Base Bid):

• Drywall and wall insulation installation
• Interior painting
• Flooring (carpet tile, ceramic tile, vinyl tile)
• Reflected ceiling tiles
• Pipe and duct insulation
• Kitchenette cabinetry
• Removal and disposal of existing finishes

Optional Bid Item (OBI) #1:

• Epoxy flooring installation in the Enlisted Hallway, Catwalk Hallway (Room 231), Room 232, Ops Bullpen (Rooms 253 & 257), and Ops Hallway (Room 271).

General Requirements:

• One-year warranty for all workmanship and materials.
• Disconnect and remove furniture/equipment from work areas and return them to original positions.
• Provide lump-sum pricing for the Base Bid and OBI #1.

120 days from notice to proceed.

• All materials must be free from lead, chlorine compounds, mercury, cadmium, PDBEs, phthalates, and PFOAs.
• Low-VOC adhesives, sealants, joint compounds, and paints.
• Adherence to specific temperature and humidity requirements during installation.
• Submission of material samples for review and approval.
• Compliance with federal safety (OSHA) and environmental (EPA) regulations.
• Contractor personnel and vehicles must be identified and meet security requirements.
• Site visit strongly encouraged.

This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of existing drywall, flooring, insulation, carpeting, and vinyl base in specified areas at the USCG Air Station Atlantic City. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million annually. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
