- Step Two: Only offerors with acceptable technical proposals will proceed to bid submission. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive bidder based on price for each CLIN. Bids must be firm fixed price and submitted as a lump sum for each CLIN.
- Licensing: Offerors must possess an active state-issued elevator contractor license/certification. A licensed General Contractor may submit if they hold a relevant GC license and subcontract elevator-specific work to qualified subcontractors.
