Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Evaluation will use a comparative analysis of Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance are considered more important than Price. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of award.

A site visit is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at Malcom Randall VA Medical Center (Gainesville, FL) and Lake City VA Medical Center (Lake City, FL). Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued.
