Scope of Work
The requirement includes the provision of medical gases and medical gas cylinder rentals, emergency delivery services, and maintenance/testing of contractor-owned cylinders. Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is the lowest-priced, technically acceptable. Evaluation is based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with proposals submitted in two volumes: Price and Technical. Past performance will be reviewed for responsibility determination but is not a separate evaluation factor. Offerors must be verified/registered in SAM and SBA SDVOSB Certified at the time of offer submission. Key submission requirements include completing SF 1449, VAAR 852.219-76, FAR 52.219-1, FAR 52.225-2, FAR 52.225-8, and Attachment D.1 (Gases and Cylinder Price List). Amendment 0003, incorporating FAR 52.222-90, must be acknowledged.
Additional Notes
Attachment D.1, the price list, is crucial for bidders to input their proposed pricing, as unit prices are currently set to 0.0. The government will not pay for proposal preparation costs.
