Key Updates & Clarifications

This solicitation has undergone several amendments and clarifications:

• Amendment 0001 (April 3, 2026): Corrected bid acceptance schedule periods to include unit price and grand total sections. Bidders must complete both updated bid acceptance schedules (pages 4-9 of B_08_Solicitation Amendment 0001...) and sign SF 30 (part of Volume II) for acknowledgment.

  • The contractor is to construct the concrete pad and install ARMAG, with the government furnishing the ARMAG.
  • The request to extend the bid deadline was not granted.
