• Material Selections: For kennel units and wire mesh, bidders should review drawings for material selections, specifically building elevations and drawing A-401.
• Sales Tax: The government will not provide a sales tax exemption certificate for materials purchased by the contractor or subcontractor.
• Underground Primary Conduit: Costs for underground primary conduit, conductors, concrete pad, and pad-mounted transformer are not to be included in the contractor's price, as the government will contract separately for these items.
• Smoke Control System: The basis of design for the smoke control panel is NFPA 92 Section 6.4.5.4. A smoke control system is required for the main building but not for the break area/storage.
• ARMAG Installation: The contractor is to construct the concrete pad and install ARMAG, including connections to the pad. The Government will furnish the ARMAG.
• Bid Deadline Extension: The request to extend the bid deadline was not granted.
