  • Advanced RiderCourse (ARC) – Skills Practice

Training is for all US DoD personnel, military dependents, and contractor ID card holders on a space-available basis. All instructors must possess appropriate MSF certifications and maintain active Cannon MSF Rider Education Recognition Program (RERP) status. The period of performance is a Base Year (May 2026 - April 2027) with four Option Years, extending through April 2031. Guaranteed minimums are 1 student per course (CLIN).

Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds become available. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the response deadline.
