Scope of Work
The contractor will provide management, personnel, equipment (including motorcycles for BRC eP1x11), supplies, and supervision for Motorcycle Safety Training Courses at Cannon AFB. This includes:
- Basic RiderCourse (BRC)
- Basic RiderCourse2 (BRC2) – Skills Practice
- Advanced RiderCourse (ARC) – Skills Practice
Training is for all US DoD personnel, military dependents, and contractor ID card holders on a space-available basis. All instructors must possess appropriate MSF certifications and maintain active Cannon MSF Rider Education Recognition Program (RERP) status. The period of performance is a Base Year (May 2026 - April 2027) with four Option Years, extending through April 2031. Guaranteed minimums are 1 student per course (CLIN).
