This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for a complete LED Type-B lighting fixture replacement at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System's two-level parking structure (Parking Lot P1) located at 351 E Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The goal is to modernize the lighting to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance, and enhance safety.

• Complete removal and disposal of existing lighting fixtures and components.

• Installation of new, energy-efficient 5000K LED Type-B fixtures (ballast bypass/direct wire).

• Approximately 365 ceiling-mounted fixtures and 80 wall-mounted fixtures at the entrance ramp.

• Fixtures must meet specific requirements: minimum 3,000+ lumens, vapor-tight/industrial-grade, UL listed, DLC Premium listed, comply with California Title 24, minimum L70 of 60,000 hours, IP65 rated, and LER of 70.

• Contractor must provide 5% spare fixtures of the same specifications.

• Work must be performed during weekend periods to minimize disruption.

• Contractor must provide illumination lumen design per IESNA standards.
