Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete removal and proper disposal of all existing lighting fixtures and components. This includes approximately 365 ceiling-mounted and 80 wall-mounted fixtures, as well as the entrance ramp area. New installations must consist of 5000K LED Type-B fixtures (ballast bypass/direct wire) with integrated LED arrays. Key specifications for the new fixtures include a minimum 3,000+ lumens output, vapor-tight or industrial-grade housing, UL and DLC Premium listing, compliance with California Title 24, a minimum L70 rating of 60,000 hours, IP65 rating, and an LER of 70. The contractor must also provide 5% of the total verified fixture count as spare units. All work must be performed during weekend periods to minimize disruption to facility operations and patient care services.
