The contractor shall provide high-quality, durable, dark blue, three-piece work uniforms (short-sleeve shirt, matching pant, matching jacket) comparable to Carhartt and Dickies brands. Each of approximately 25 technicians requires 7 sets of uniforms, plus at least 50 red shop rags per month. Services include professional laundering to remove hazardous materials (engine oil, transmission fluid, hydro fluid, mogas/diesel), inspection, repair (mending, buttons, zippers), and replacement of damaged or excessively worn garments at no additional cost. The contractor is responsible for inventory management, tracking garments, and onsite measurements for personnel. New garments must be delivered within 30-60 days of measurement.
