Scope of Work

This includes living and sleeping quarters, baths, storage, service areas, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, antiterrorism measures, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities cover site development, utilities, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and signage. HVAC will be provided by self-contained systems for units and a central system for common areas. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) are required.
The design must adhere to DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards, incorporate comprehensive interior design services, ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and include Cyber Security Measures and Sustainability/Energy measures. Facilities are to be designed for a minimum 40-year life in accordance with UFC 1-200-02. The project also includes the demolition of two existing buildings (6,389 Total SF).
