Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability requires:

  • Submission of the name of the source for HR-1 powder.
  • A written explanation demonstrating relevance of past work in scope, magnitude, and complexity.
