Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and garb for monthly triple top-down cleaning of three pharmacy compounding cleanroom spaces: an Anteroom (E-124), a Chemo hood room (E-123), and an IV compounding positive pressure room (E-125), totaling approximately 320.4 square feet. This includes cleaning two Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolators (CACIs) and one Compounding Aseptic Isolator (CAI). Cleaning involves a rotation of Vesphene, LPH, and Peridox agents for ceilings, walls, and floors, along with sanitizing benches, carts, equipment (including refrigerators), doors, glass windows, and bins with IPA and cleanroom wipes. Services are typically performed once per month, Monday through Friday, between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with availability for emergent, off-schedule cleanings. All work must adhere to USP 797/800 guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must be verifiable Small Businesses registered in SAM and on the SBA SBS website. Companies must be regularly established in the business, financially responsible, and demonstrate reliability, ability, experience, facilities, and personnel capable of providing prompt, detailed service in accordance with USP Chapter 797/800 standards. Personnel must be trained in USP 797/800 guidelines and disinfection of ISO 7 Ante & Clean Rooms. All contractor employees requiring access to the VAMC Manchester will undergo a low-risk background investigation (NACI) and require favorable adjudication from the VA Office of Security and Law Enforcement. Contractors must also provide a Quality Control and Assurance program.
