Scope of Work
The requirement covers all-inclusive maintenance and repair services for NBAF's critical power systems. This includes:
- Preventative Maintenance: Semi-annual and annual inspections, cleaning, calibration, and updates for Rectifier/Charger, Battery, and UPS systems. OEM software/firmware updates are in scope.
- Service Calls & Repairs: Response to non-emergency requests within 3 calendar days and emergency requests requiring on-site presence within 6 hours.
- Parts & Materials: Reimbursement for pre-approved parts and materials.
- Optional Replacements: Specific Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for optional replacement of UPS batteries, battery strings, and capacitors.
- Contractor Responsibility: The contractor is responsible for safely shutting down UPS systems, bypassing loads, and disconnecting power sources.
