- Preventative Maintenance: Semi-annual and annual inspections, cleaning, calibration, and essential software/firmware updates. Battery services adhere to IEEE 1188 standards, including voltage/current measurements, temperature checks, and load testing.
- Service Calls & Repairs: Emergency response requires phone contact within 2 hours and on-site presence within 6 hours. Non-emergency repairs require a timeline within 3 calendar days. Repairs exceeding 32 labor hours per instance are outside the scope.
- Parts & Materials: Reimbursement for pre-approved parts and materials. Optional Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are available for specific UPS battery and capacitor replacements.
