• Complete site preparation, including demolition and removal of existing cameras.

Sources Sought Notice

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only, not a request for proposal (RFP), quote (RFQ), or invitation for bid (IFB). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information to identify construction service contractors capable of performing a Campus Wide Security Camera Replacement project at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVHCS) in Richmond, VA. No formal solicitation document currently exists.

The project involves the demolition and removal of existing cameras and the installation of a new campus-wide security camera system. This includes furnishing labor and materials for camera and cabling installation, as well as associated construction trades for cutting, patching, and conduit work. Specific construction divisions/trades required include: Existing Conditions, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Finishes, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Earthwork, and Site Improvements. Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors across multiple buildings (500, 501, 507, 509, 511, 512, 513, 514, 515, 518, 519, 520, and 521) and site areas. The contractor shall complete all work within 365 days from the Notice to Proceed.
