• Adherence to specified design criteria, including NFPA 101, IBC 2015, ANSI A17.1 2016, ADA 2010, NEC, VA Standards for Construction TIL, Code of Federal Regulations, International Plumbing Code, Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), and Mississippi Department of Health.

• Awareness of potential asbestos-containing materials; removal will be handled as a change order if encountered in unsampled areas.

• Contract workers may require a VA-issued identification card.

• Contractor must provide a letter stating all workers are TB negative after award.

• Compliance with all applicable records management laws and regulations, including NARA policies and the Privacy Act of 1974.

• Contractor personnel must sign VA Form 10-0708 “Employee Clearance from Indebtedness”.

• Contractor must obtain Contracting Officer's approval prior to engaging subcontractors.

• Contractor shall only use Government IT equipment for purposes specifically tied to or authorized by the contract.

• Contractor employees must complete specified records management training.

• Deductive alternates include eliminating worktables, tray carts, and rack type dish machine if existing items can be used.
