Scope of Work

The selected firm will provide Title I and Title II design services across multiple disciplines, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental. Services encompass:

  • Designs for new or renovated civil, structural, and environmental systems.
  • Field investigations, topographic surveys, soil borings, geotechnical analysis, and reports.
  • Environmental surveys and studies, hazardous material (asbestos, lead-based paint) surveys and testing.
  • Schematic design, design development, value engineering, cost estimating, and preparation of specifications and construction contract documents.
  • Project programming, site/utility/traffic/facility planning studies, and environmental studies. Specifications and reports must be provided in Microsoft Office format, and drawings in AUTOCAD 2021-compatible and ArcGIS 10.1 or higher formats. Firms should describe their GIS capabilities.

Interested firms must submit a Standard Form 330 (SF330) in PDF format via email to both Tina Kneip and Christine Young.

  • SF330 Section F must include project owners' names, points of contact, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses for past performance verification.
  • For Joint Ventures, both the mentor and protégé companies must provide a separate SF330.
  • Project examples in SF330 Sections E and F must be completed within the last 6 years.
