Scope of Work
The contract requires new 4K Electric Forklifts across four Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001: 4K Electric Reach Truck Forklift (4000 lb capacity, 42" forks, minimum 13' lift height).
- CLIN 0002: 4K Electric Stand-Up Forklift (4000 lb capacity, 48" tines, minimum 13' lift height).
- CLIN 0003: 4K Electric Sit-Down Forklift (4000 lb capacity, 36" tines, 3-stage high visibility mast, hydraulic fork positioner/shifter, side mirrors, full suspension seat).
- CLIN 0004: 4K Electric Sit-Down Forklift (4000 lb capacity, 42" tines, 3-stage high visibility mast, 36" carriage back rest, side mirrors, full suspension seat).
All forklifts must be electric, include maintenance-free batteries (8-hour continuous use), chargers, and safety features (strobe light, reverse alarm, fire extinguisher). Solid rubber or solid polyurethane steer tires are acceptable. Equipment must have DoD Item Unique Identification (IUID). Delivery is FOB Destination within 6 months of task order receipt, with familiarization training and manuals provided.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability is determined by a pass/fail evaluation of submitted documentation against salient characteristics and solicitation requirements.
Critical Battery Restrictions
Equipment with batteries manufactured by firms on the 1260H list or those projected to be prohibited by October 2027 under the Decoupling from Foreign Adversarial Battery Dependance Act (e.g., CATL, BYD, Envision Energy, EVE Energy, Gotion High Tech, Hithium Energy Storage Technology) will be excluded. An exception may apply if the equipment manufacturer provides a statement demonstrating commercial availability of replacement batteries from non-prohibited companies.
