Purpose & Scope
The primary purpose is to provide COMUSFLTFORCOM with operational O-level support for assigned program Duty Crew Berthing Barges and Non-Self Propelled Service Craft. This involves day-to-day maintenance to ensure all installed equipment remains in a full-mission capable status and to improve local maintenance processes.
Key Requirements & Deliverables

Non-Cost/Price factors are considered significantly more important than Cost/Price. Labor will be evaluated based on 100% straight time; uncompensated overtime will not be used.
