Tasks involve precise placement of off-loaded equipment, attaching hoisting cables, moving missile canisters, and cargo transport of wood-crated materials within McGregor Range. Operations will occur in a desert environment, potentially on rough and uneven terrain. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and rigging gear.

Key Requirements & Clarifications
Personnel must have a minimum of three years documented experience with crane and rigger services for military missile defense equipment. Operators must be licensed and certified. The contractor must develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations (e.g., EM 385-1-1, 29 CFR 1910). Antiterrorism (AT) Level I and iWATCH training are required for employees. Services may be required outside normal duty hours with 24-hour notice. No critical lifts are expected, and engineered lift plans are not required; onsite personnel will direct staging.
