Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide four vehicles: two (2) four-door sedans, one (1) 8-15 passenger van, and one (1) cargo van. Vehicles must be current or prior model year with less than 40,000 km, registered and insured per Australian law (minimum A$1,000.00 comprehensive excess), and in good, safe operating condition. The contractor is responsible for all maintenance, including parts and labor for fair wear and tear. Replacements must be provided if a vehicle exceeds 100,000 KM or is unavailable for more than 24 hours, with loaner vehicles of equal or greater quality. A 24-hour towing/recovery service and a Contract Manager available during Australian business hours are required. Vehicles must be delivered within 7 calendar days of contract award to 82 Northbourne Ave, Braddon, ACT 2612, Australia.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four option years, plus a potential 6-month extension, not to exceed 66 calendar months. Payment will be processed monthly via Government-Wide Purchase Card (GPC/Credit Card) or Wide-Area Workflow. The place of performance is Braddon, ACT, Australia.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due electronically by April 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) to SSgt Nicholas Johnson (nicholas.johnson.83@us.af.mil). Questions or Requests for Information were due by April 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM AEST. Offers will be evaluated on a best-value basis, considering technical acceptability and the lowest price. The government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain the best terms. Vendors must acknowledge all amendments in writing with their quotation submittal.

This acquisition is Full and Open, with NAICS Code 532111 (Size Standard: $47M) and PSC W023. It is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and the Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA), waiving domestic preference rules. Suppliers from WTO GPA member countries and FTA partner countries are eligible. Vendors not registered in SAM.gov must complete Attachment 03 - 889 Representation Form to be eligible for award.
