To provide vehicle rental services for the Oversight and Support Group - Australia (OSG-A) at Canberra, Australia.

• Provide 2 four-door sedans, 1 eight-to-fifteen passenger van, and 1 cargo van.

• Vehicles must be current or prior model year with less than 40,000 km, in good quality and safe operating condition, and comply with Australian law.

• Vehicles must be registered, insured (including Compulsory Third-Party Personal Injury Insurance), and have an excess deductible of A$1,000.00 for comprehensive insurance.

• Drivers must be above 21 years old.

• Deliver vehicles within 7 calendar days of contract award to 82 Northbourne Ave, Braddon, ACT 2612, Australia, unless an alternate location is agreed upon.

• Vehicles must meet manufacturer's standards for safety (seat belts, rear-view mirrors, backup camera, etc.), heating/air conditioning, and tires (new or exceptional condition, with a full-size spare).

• Windows must be tinted as allowed by local laws.

• Vehicles must include a lug wrench, jack, road safety kit, and fire extinguisher.

• Contractor is responsible for all maintenance, including parts and labor for fair wear and tear.

• Vehicles must be replaced after 100,000 KM, unless waived by the Contracting Officer for exceptional condition.

• Loaner vehicles of equal or greater quality must be provided within 24 hours if a primary vehicle is unavailable.

• Vehicle towing and recovery services must be available 24 hours a day.

• Contractor must provide points of contact and a Contract Manager available during local business hours.

• Contract is a base year plus four option years, with a potential 6-month extension, not to exceed 66 calendar months.
