Scope of Work

The contractor is responsible for all maintenance, including parts and labor for fair wear and tear, and must replace vehicles after 100,000 KM (unless waived). Loaner vehicles must be provided within 24 hours if a primary vehicle is unavailable for more than 24 hours. A 24-hour tow/recovery service is required. The Government is responsible for operator care (fluids, tire pressure, lights) and re-fueling, and for loss/damage due to negligence.
