The service involves supporting direct shipping orders through Somnoware, providing timely mailing services, return instructions/packaging for reusable devices, and uploading test results to a secure cloud-based server for physician retrieval. Deliverables also include digital sleep study interpretations, monthly itemized invoices, and verbal/written CPRS sleep study results. Devices must have a minimum of 6 channels, measuring respiratory effort, airflow, heart rate, oximetry, snore, and actigraphy. The previous contract for these services saw a grand total of 4060 tests from July 2021 to December 2024.

Contract Details

This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a Base Year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) and four subsequent Option Years. The place of performance is the Phoenix Veteran Affairs Healthcare System in Phoenix, Arizona.

Eligibility & Submission

This acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Offerors must be certified and listed in the SBA certification database and comply with VAAR 852.219-73 and 852.219-75 regarding limitations on subcontracting.
