The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is seeking information on potential sources for home sleep apnea testing devices and related services. The VA anticipates increased emphasis on home-based testing as part of a transition to alternatives to face-to-face medicine.

The contractor shall provide Type III home sleep study testing devices to the Veteran population via a mail-order service. This includes preparing the device per provider instructions, shipping it to the patient, providing phone support for device usage on the test day, and managing the return/upload of the device data.
