Program Scope & Requirements
The Decisive Action Follow-On acquisition seeks professional analytical services to support DTRA's mission of countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and emerging threats. This includes Program Management, CWMD Support, Global Engagements Support, and Contingency Operations Support. The anticipated contract value is over $100,000,000. For future contract performance, vendors will be required to provide secure facilities with a minimum TOP SECRET//SCI facility clearance, including SCIFs and classified VTC capability up to JWICS level. The bulk of support is anticipated in the National Capital Region (NCR), with potential for OCONUS support.
