Program Overview
The anticipated acquisition seeks professional analytical and advisory services to support DTRA's mission of enhancing Countering WMD (CWMD) capabilities for Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Interagency partners, and Special Operations Forces (SOF). Key task areas outlined in the draft PWS include Program Management, CWMD Support, Global Engagements (GE) Department Support, Contingency Operations (CO) Department Support, and Systems Engineering and Operational Planning Support. The work will involve classified and compartmented operations, with performance both CONUS and OCONUS.
Key Requirements
Attendees for Industry Day MUST possess a final U.S. SECRET security clearance at the time of registration. For the anticipated contract, personnel will require a minimum TOP SECRET//SCI clearance, with some roles requiring additional access levels (SAP, STO, ACCM, CI Polygraph, Sub-Gamma). Contractors may need to provide secure facilities (SCIFs) with classified VTC capability up to JWICS level, and comply with Department of War cybersecurity requirements.
