Acquisition Context & Scope
This acquisition seeks professional analytical services for DTRA's CWMD mission, including:

- Global Engagements (GE) Department Support
- Contingency Operations (CO) Department Support
- Systems Engineering and Operational Planning Support
The primary place of performance is Ft. Belvoir, VA, with additional CONUS and OCONUS customer sites. Contractors will require a minimum TOP SECRET//SCI facility clearance and the ability to provide Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) with JWICS VTC capability.
