This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140P6326Q0023 makes the following changes:

• Correction and Revision of SOW: The Statement of Work has been corrected and revised. The government now requires only 33 cleaning services for portable toilets on July 3, 2026, and July 7, 2026. A revised SOW attachment is included.

• Update to Price Schedule: The price schedule has been updated to reflect the correct quantity of cleaning services required. A revised Price Schedule attachment is included.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing portable toilet delivery, usage, cleaning, and pickup services for Theodore Roosevelt National Park (THRO). These services are needed to support the grand opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library and the country's 250th anniversary celebration, which is expected to significantly increase park visitation.

• Government Personnel: The Contracting Officer (CO) has overall contract administration authority. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will oversee day-to-day performance, ensuring compliance and adequacy. A Point of Contact (POC) may be designated if a COR is not assigned at award.

• Inspections: The COR will inspect all items upon arrival. Deficiencies must be corrected or replaced immediately at no cost to the government. Unsatisfactory or unsafe work performance may result in cessation of work.
