• Removal: All units must be removed between 1200 and 1700 hours on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

• Inspections: The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will inspect all items upon arrival. Deficiencies must be corrected or replaced immediately at no cost to the government.

• Delivery: By June 30, 2026.

• Service Period: July 2-7, 2026 (covering the library opening events).

• Removal: By July 7, 2026.
