Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force has issued a Solicitation for Wing and Fin Sub-Assemblies to support the AIM-120X and CATM-120X series of the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM). This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. The Government intends to award a single contract. Proposals are due June 1, 2026.

Scope of Work

This solicitation seeks a single contractor to provide critical Wing and Fin Sub-Assemblies, as detailed in Attachment 2 Statement of Work (SOW). Vendors are responsible for all aspects of production, including any Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, which should be distributed within the delivered unit pricing. The method of manufacture is at the supplier's discretion, provided the finished product meets drawing and specification requirements. The Government will not provide training or best practices for manufacturing processes like honeycomb brazing. Partial bids are not acceptable; the full sub-assembly is required.
