Acquisition Context & Scope

This acquisition seeks professional analytical services for DTRA's CWMD mission, including:

  • Program Management
  • CWMD Support (advisory, operational planning, sensitive activities, irregular warfare)
  • Global Engagements (GE) Department Support
  • Contingency Operations (CO) Department Support
  • Systems Engineering and Operational Planning Support

The primary place of performance is Ft. Belvoir, VA, with additional CONUS and OCONUS customer sites. Contractors will require a minimum TOP SECRET//SCI facility clearance and the ability to provide Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) with JWICS VTC capability. Personnel will require TS/SCI eligibility, with potential for SAP/STO/ACCM/CI Polygraph/Sub-Gamma access.
