Key Requirements & Deliverables

Eligibility & Submission
Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible. Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.gov and PIEE to receive an award. Proposal preparation costs are not recoverable. Companies are encouraged to check SAM.gov frequently for new AoI postings.
Contract Details
The overall CSO is continuously open until June 30, 2030, with the possibility of extension. The period of performance for solution briefs or CSPs is generally no greater than 12 months, unless specified otherwise in the AoI.
