This Area of Interest (Aol) is issued by the Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) on behalf of the U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH). It seeks innovative, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Museum Collection Management Solutions to replace the legacy U.S. Army Museum Information System (USAMIS). The goal is to manage over 500,000 heritage assets across 122 collections and ensure compliance as an Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).

• Comprehensive capabilities for artifact cataloging, accessions/deaccessions, inventory management, object movement/location tracking (including loans and exhibits), conservation/preservation, and digital/archival/exhibit material management.

• Robust tools for reporting, analytics, and system administration.

• System must be cloud-hosted in a Government Furnished Infrastructure (GFI) cARMY cloud environment.

• Must achieve FedRAMP Moderate authorization and a full Army Authority to Operate (ATO).
