This includes organizations like TACOM, GVSC, PEO GCS, PEO CS&CSS, ILSC, USAG-DTA, CMH, CAA, AME, and NMUSA. The branch seeks comprehensive solutions across various domains, including IT hardware/software/services, museum exhibit design/restoration, modeling/simulation, transcription, custodial, grounds, and facilities services. The goal is to procure timely, cost-effective, and innovative commercial solutions to accelerate delivery and improve operational effectiveness.

Contract Details & Eligibility

Contracts awarded under this CSO will be fixed-price, including fixed-price incentive fee, and will utilize FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible to participate. The CSO employs a three-phase submission process: a Solution Brief, followed by a Presentation/Pitch (if applicable), and finally a Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP). Specific Areas of Interest (AoIs) are published separately via amendment, detailing particular requirements and deadlines.

Currently Open Areas of Interest (AoIs)

Several AoIs are currently active under this CSO, with upcoming deadlines:

  • AoI 009: VTS SETA Support

    • Purpose: Seek multi-disciplinary Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for Product Director Virtual Training Systems (PdD VTS).
    • Requirements: Full lifecycle management of virtual Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), including STE integration, RMF/ATO sustainment, and personnel with SECRET/TOP SECRET clearances.
    • Place of Performance: Oviedo/Orlando, Florida.

  • AoI 010: Installation of Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS)

    • Requirements: Integrated IT installation, redundant headend, and upgrade of existing access control systems.

  • AoI 011: CAA AMSO-Security Assistant Services

    • Purpose: Provide safety and security services for the Center for Army Analysis (CAA) and Army Simulation and Modeling Office (AMSO).
    • Requirements: Support for physical security, access control, CCTV, information security, and administrative duties up to TS/SCI classification.
